What is plasma substituent? Cite the characteristic of an ideal substituent.

Plasma substituent is a fluid that is used to replace lost blood volume or to maintain blood pressure in situations where a person has experienced significant blood loss. It is a type of intravenous fluid that is given to patients to help stabilize their blood volume and prevent shock.

An ideal plasma substituent should have the following characteristics:

Similar osmolarity to blood: The fluid should have a similar concentration of ions and other solutes as blood plasma to prevent fluid shifts between compartments and maintain proper cell function.

Non-toxic: The fluid should not cause any harmful effects on the body.

Compatible with blood: The fluid should not cause any immune reactions or clotting when mixed with blood.

Long shelf life: The fluid should have a long shelf life to allow for widespread use and distribution.

Easily available: The fluid should be easily available and affordable to use in emergency situations.

Ability to maintain blood pressure: The fluid should be able to maintain blood pressure and blood volume.

No interference with laboratory tests: The fluid should not interfere with laboratory tests that are used to diagnose medical conditions.

Examples of plasma substituents include saline, lactated Ringer's solution, and albumin.

       মোলারিটি সম্পর্কে আগেই আলোচনা করেছি।না পড়ে থাকলে  মোলারিটি র উপর ক্লিক করো। নরমালিটি  সম্পর্কে জানার আগে আমাদের জানা দরকার গ্রাম তুল্য ভর আসলে কী। দ্রবণে কোন মৌলের মোলারিটিকে তার যোজনী দিয়ে ভাগ করলে ঐ মৌলের গ্রাম তুল্য ভর পাওয়া যায়। আর যৌগের ক্ষেত্রে কোন যৌগের কয় মোল অপর কোন যৌগের সাথে বিক্রিয়া করছে, সেই সংখ্যা দিয়ে মোলারিটিকে ভাগ দিলে তার গ্রাম তুল্য ভর পাওয়া যায়। ভিন্ন ভিন্ন বিক্রিয়ার ক্ষেত্রে যেহেতু এসবের মান পরিবর্তন হয়ে যেতে পারে, তাই গ্রাম তুল্য এককের মানও পরিবর্তিত হয়ে যেতে পারে। এবার চলো নরমালিটি সম্পর্কে  জেনে আসি: নরমালিটি = গ্রাম তুল্য ভর / দ্রবণের আয়তন। একে N দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হয়ে থাকে। কোন দ্রবণের নরমালিটি ১ হলে তাকে বলে ১ নর্মাল দ্রবণ। উদাহরণ হিসেবে, সালফিউরিক এসিডের H₂SO₄ দ্রবণে প্রতি লিটারে ৯৮ গ্রাম এসিড দ্রবীভূত থাকলে অম্ল-ক্ষার বিক্রিয়ার ক্ষেত্রে এর নরমালিটি হবে ২।(আরো সহজ করে বলি,যৌগের ভরকে যৌগে যতগুলো H থাকবে বা H সমতুল্য যতটা থাকবে ততদিয়ে ভাগ করতে হবে) সালফিউরিক এসিডে ২ মোল H⁺ আয়ন থাকায়( H₂SO₄ এ H আছে ২ টি)প্রতি ১ মোল ক্ষারের...
