Daug Incompatibility:

Drug Incompatibility refers the interaction between two Or more Substance which lead to change, physical, chemical and therapeutic properties. For the drug  Incompatibility we don't get proper pharmacological action. On the same way we don't become cure properly.

There are three types of drug Incompatibility.

(a) Physical Incompatibility.

 (b) chemical Incompatibility

(c) Therapeutic Incompatibility.

Therapeutic Incompatibility :

 Therapeutic Incompatibility is One kinds of drug Incompatibilily. In where the Pescribed produce a undesirable effect In vivo. 

There are five types of therapeutic Incompatibility : Such as:

(1)  Over Dose

 (2) wrong dosage form.

(3) Contraindication.

(4) Drug synergy

(5) Drug antagonism.

Mechanism of therapeutic Incompatibility:

 The mechanism of therapeutic Incompatibility are divided into two grups. They are:

(1)Pharmacokinetics.

(2)Pharmacodynamics.

Pharmacokinetics:

 Pharmacokinetics is a Greek word, which is divided two words. They are "Pharmacon" and "kinetics". The word Pharmacon  means  drug and kinetics which means Putting in motion. So pharmacokinetics is the branch of Pharmacology that deals "what does the body do to the drugs. That means it deals with Absorption, Distribution. metabolism and excretion.

Pharmacodynamics:

Phanmocodynamics is the branch of Pharmacology, that deals with the mechanism of action of drug On body. It is the study of Physical, chemical effects of  dues On body  and microorganisms, what the drugs does to the body is called Pharmacodynamics.
